Velosophy 'Fondo Development’ weekday classes cater to those who’re ready to start learning about training whilst making new connections out on the road. Due to the short nature f these classes we our focus is primarily on hill rpeeats and moderate to high intensity intervals. Some classes the workouts incorporate games that help to introduce skills into a fun workout format. One of our most popular classes is the Thunderbird Crit Course. New this year - we have two levels, a novice/intermediate and an advanced group. Our Velosophy coaches will be able to determine the most appropriate class for you within your first few classes or in the case of the weekend class we administer an FTP test to categorize you. Drop ins are welcome on weekday classes and we try to cater to as many fitness abilities as possible.

Requirements For all classes:

  • Road specific bike with gears

  • Certified 'road specific' helmet

  • Clip in pedals and shoes

  • Full 8 Pack: $130

Special Notes: *We have priced our 8 packs so that if you can only make 6 or 7 of eight classes it's still cheaper than a 5 pack (per class).

*Our program is progressive, the more training you commit to the better your results. You must complete your package within it's package dates, there are no carry over or credits for unused classes so please purchase appropriately. Packages do not include applicable 5% GST.
