Threshold Power & Threshold HEART RATE TESTING

Each person has individual goals and limitations, therefore it makes sense to customize your training to elicit the most efficient performance in the quest to accomplish those goals working within your limits. FTP & LTHR testing is how we achieve that.

Using indoor cycling equipment we are able to test individuals to find their personal Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and Lactate Threshold Heart-rate Values (LTHR).

These values allow us to create charts with your personal training zones using either power or heart rate in an outdoor or indoor setting to suit your budget and preferences.
