are Missing that one on one coaching in your group rides or solo training sessions? do Have very unique training goals or want to improve on your weaknesses? perhaps you are Looking to diversify your rides or training?

Private sessions are a chance for you to tailor a ride to your needs with customized learning outcomes based on your personal goals and priorities. Examples include sessions that teach you how to:

  • Corner

  • Descend

  • Climb

  • Pedal Technique

  • New Routes and adventure rides

  • Anything else you want to work on


Individual rates are $100 for a 60-90min ride (Longer rides are case by case basis)

Packages are available at slightly lower individual session costs:

  • 5 Pack = $487.50

  • 10 Pack = $950.00

premium online coaching

results focused training plans with testing and custom, weekly support.

In this package you get very hands-on coaching. Every week we skype, and you are able to ask questions and get advice to hone your training. Modifications can be made week to week which is particularly useful for people who travel a lot or have busy summer schedules. You also get all the same features as the Solo Program such as FTP testing and an outdoor workout to begin with. The beauty of this plan is that I am analyzing your rides week to week to see where improvements can be made and giving you my personal support week to week. This plan guarantees improvements.

  • FTP Testing

  • Establish Training Zones

  • Weekly Training Plan

  • Training Peaks Support

  • Weekly Skype 1/2 hour Consultations (ie. much more access to me and modifications as needed than the 'Solo Program')

  • 1 x Outdoor one on one workout using Zones (this will become one of your weekday workouts)

  • Custom Outdoor Workouts for your plan


$285 every four weeks with a minimum of 12 weeks buy-in. 

custom solo programs

custom plan. budget friendly. self-supported.

The idea of this plan is that you are self-sufficient. It's a budget friendly option that gets you a custom plan based on your specific goals at a fraction of the price of more comprehensive training plans but with some of the same bells and whistles. However, contact included in this plan is limited, after your initial skype consultation you are self supported, any modifications to your plan are at your own discretion. If you do require further assistance, skype & email consults are available at $50 per half hour and private coached rides are available for additional fees.

  • FTP Test: 90 - 120mins (FTP Test)

  • Establish Training Zones

  • Create a 10 week training plan

  • 1x 1/2hour Skype consult to go through plan (This is your chance to ask questions and get any hands on advice, after which you are self guided as the package title suggest)

  • 1 x Outdoor 1on1 workout using Zones (this will become one of your weekday workouts)


$430 for the 10 week plan.
