Our ladies only training program. If you are looking to improve your climbing, strength on the bike and general cycling fitness in a supportive, engaging environment, than this is for you.

PREREQUISITES: 

  • A well functioning bicycle with gears.

  • 'Clip in' style pedals and shoes.

  • Certified 'Road Safe' helmet.

Package Dates: March 25th - May 27th

Package Length: 8 Weeks

Day & Start Time: Mondays at 6PM*

Class Length: ~75mins

Cost:*

  • Full 8 Pack: $130

  • 5 Pack: $110

  • Drop Ins: $25

Special Notes: *We have priced our 8 packs so that even if you only make 6 or 7 of the eight classes it's still cheaper than a 5 pack (per class).

*Our program is progressive so the more training you can commit to the better your results, this year we're trying to facilitate that.

*We no longer run weekday classes over long weekends as attendance was poor & we'd prefer you to complete more classes in your packages.

*You must complete your package within it's package dates, there is no carry over or credits for unused classes so please purchase appropriately. Packages are subject to 5% GST.

NB. All our classes are preceded by an info email that let's you know the meeting location, confirms the time (same as above), a Strava route for our proposed workout and a few other helpful details. Below is a sample of such an email (please note this is just an example, this actual ride is from last year but yours will be similar)
