2026 QOM REgistration
UPDATE March 12th 2026: Spring Package Live On Monday March 14th (Credit card option now available)
We have a Monday and Wednesday night QOM option. Please note: These are treated as separate programs, you must enrol in one or the other.
QOM is our ladies only training program. If you are looking to improve your climbing, strength on the bike and general cycling fitness in a fun, supportive & engaging ladies only environment then QOM is for you. QOM is a hill climbing program where we use structured intervals to provide efficient workouts to maximize your gains. Whether you use a power meter, heart rate monitor, neither (or both) we have you covered. We provide you with the coaching you need to get the best from the equipment you have, so bring what you’ve got and we’ll maximize your ride!
Group riding skills are NOT a requirement for these classes, we have planned them in a way to keep commute times low & maximize workout time. Once class begins and instructions have been delivered, riders conduct their workout at their own pace, abilities and fitness, no need to hold a wheel, or keep up (or slow down for that matter). Coaches float between riders providing individual advice as the class progresses.
Being that QOM is our most popular class we have 3 coaches per evening, up to 15 riders assigned to a coach, each at a different locations with a different workout (this will be communicated via an exclusive private email thread when you enrol). This allows us to safely manage numbers so coaches can clearly articulate workouts & hazards before sending you off. It also allows is to provide as much 1-on-1 attention as we can. This approach means we can cater to almost any rider type/level whether you are new and learning or you’re a seasoned fit rider, rearing to go - we got you!
Our only requirement is that you have a drop bar bike (read requirements below), a helmet and clip in shoes and pedals plus the confidence to use them without falling over or endangering yourself or others.
***To this end, the only level we can’t cater to in this class is the “Learn to Ride” stage (ie, you can’t clip in while riding yet) - BUT if that’s you and you want help then please consider some private training from our services above as we can get you up to speed quickly (no pun intended).
Requirements For all classes:
Drop bar specific bike with working gears and brakes (ie, a road bike, gravel bike, cyclocross or bike packing bike are acceptable BUT no fixed gears or single speeds please)
Certified 'road specific' helmet
Clip in pedals and shoes - and can confidently use them

What happens After Registration:
Once registered and FULLY paid, you will go into a private email list specifically for this class. Every class is preceded by an info email, usually sent the Friday before class only to registered athletes on this class list. Every week this email contains the following:
That weeks meeting location - the image is a link that when clicked on will generate a google pindrop in google maps to the exact meeting location for your class
A weather report - also an image that links to the weather so you can see what to expect for that day
Strava Map of the workout - again, this is a link which when opened using a desktop gives you information of our intended route and workout area (sometimes you can even figure out approximately how many laps or repeats we intend to do that week). The start point of this strava map is NOT always the same as our meeting spot as these maps are generic and don’t always include our commute to the workout area so please always refer to the meeting spot at the top of every email to know where we begin.
Note: It is important to add us to your safe senders list so you receive your weekly emails. It is also useful not to delete your email until class is completed so you can access the google pindrop feature for your class.
REGISTRATION:
To register click the link below, this will lead you to a waiver, every rider must sign this waiver and follow the payment instructions included.
